Refund Policy

All Customers have the right to return purchased goods bought online up to 7 days: starting the day after delivery. Returns will only be accepted if they are unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. The goods remain the customers total responsibility until they have been received by ShrinKit Limited. ShrinKit Limited will rectify any faults damages or shortages without charge, as part of its satisfaction guarantee. If however the customer is still unsatisfied ONLY then will a exchange or full refund be issued within 5 working days.

Cancellation of or alteration to order
The company will not accept any responsibility where the buyer has incorrectly specified required service or parts. Cancellations cannot be accepted after goods have been prepared for dispatch.

Claims for damage or non-delivery
Damaged or faulty goods and shortages must be reported to the company and the carrier in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods,Non-delivery of goods must be reported to the company in writing within 7 days receipt of invoice.
